We have had John and his crew install a furnace, air conditioner, water heater, and HEPA unit over the past 3 years and can only praise their work, service, and attention to detail. They even helped my husband put in a built-in vacuum system while they were here. The team also installed a new furnace, air conditioner, and air cleaner for our son and his wife who are very happy with the performance of each unit. Everyone now has clean air which makes such a difference in air quality and dust residue. In addition, the cost for each unit was very reasonable. My husband and I were out of the country for a period of time this past winter when a problem developed with the furnace. My husband has an app on his cell phone that told him of the issue. John immediately came out and fixed the problem. Can’t ask for better service! John, Tina, and the rest of the team provide reliable, efficient, trustworthy, courteous, and professional service. We have no hesitation with recommending them to our friends and family. We would give them more stars than 5 if that were possible.

Customer service is very rare in this day and age and this company has it from the moment you call to book the appointment to the thank you for the business you get at the end of the service call. John and his helper were prompt, on time, and extremely pleasant and informative. They explained exactly what they were going to do, what they found along the way, made suggestions, and gave advice to be proactive with maintenance for the long run. They will definitely be our go-to for all of our HVAC needs and be highly recommended to all. Thank you!

New furnace required! New furnace acquired! John at CCAS came in with a competitive quote, and we were impressed with his out-of-the-box thinking for our situation. Replaced original Lennox with a York LX, rotated furnace 90° for easy access to filter and for servicing. This creative thinking approach keeps giving CCAS that competitive edge.

***Absolutely fantastic service*** Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday morning. Fortunately for us there was a trade show close to our house. We knew there would be some HVAC outfits there and we went over to see if we could find some assistance.

I called this company to do a routine inspection on our furnace that is original to our home,and I have to say I have never been happier with a service call! They were able to fit me in on short notice.
