I came home around 1830 to a non working furnace. John and his wife did absolutely amazing for me!! John had me up and running with heat (thanks to a new igniter) in no time! Awesome to meet John, his wife was also wonderful on the phone, and heat by 2145hrs. Thank you both for your wonderful service!

I want to recommend Canadian Clean Air Services. Many years ago, I purchased two furnaces from them. Their installation service was very professional and timely. I haven’t had any issues with the units. Just recently we have had their duct cleaning at our residence. Again, the service was excellent. As always, it’s easy to book with Tina. She had a crew to my home on schedule and the people providing the service were professional and personable. I have had the pleasure to know them as a business throughout the years and am impressed at the level of service they continue to provide. They are a company that cares about their customers and employees. Call them for all your clean air needs.

We run a renovation contracting business and this was our first experience working with CCAS. They installed an engineered air makeup system in a commercial bay for one of our clients. The experience was excellent. I sent John the plans and he performed the estimate within a couple of days and was able to source the required materials. I expressed our sense of urgency to get the unit installed so the clients can open their business as soon as possible. The CCAS team was able to get the unit installed within a couple of weeks of the estimate. The installation was done as designed and the inspection passed with flying colors. Tina in the office kept in constant contact and updated us as required. She was always available when I had a question. If she did not have the answer, she called me back after she researched it. CCAS delivered and exceeded expectations on every promise they made. I would highly recommend CCAS.

Our furnace stopped working and John was here within 8 hours of my call. Tina ensured we had heaters at home while we waited. John diagnosed the problem quickly and within 20 minutes the furnace was working. John and Tina Pell and their team at CCAS Heating are truly a 5 ⭐ company. After a long year of battling trying to fix our old furnace, we gave CCAS a call. Not only did they message us first thing on a Sunday morning, they were here the very next morning to measure us up for a new furnace. The next day it was installed. I am the tenant of Waylon Roberts! And I was EXTREMELY pleased at how fast Tina and John responded to my family’s needs during a crucial time of weather! When John arrived at my home, he was very jolly, very kind, soft-hearted, and welcoming to my family, and pets! He allowed my children to ask him a MILLION questions as my boys needed to know what was happening every step of the way, and John was pleased to answer them all! John worked while dealing with my children, found the problem, made a resolution, and as well found means to keep us warm in the meantime! Made suggestions that worked for us and our household as well as provided an idea of timelines on the suggested upcoming repairs to expect, so we could prepare for any repairs down the road. Over the last couple of years, we have made a few home upgrades where we’ve needed CCAS assistance. They are excellent every time we’ve called them. Clean and professional, answered all of our questions in a way that we understood. We are so happy with the work that has been done and if we continue to make changes to our home where we would need to call them again, we wouldn’t hesitate to have them back.

I called CCAS because of a bad experience I had with another local company. John came out and checked on our current furnace installation and right away saw our issue. Unfortunately, the only fix was to install a new smaller furnace for our duct size. His crew came out on the day agreed upon, in a snowstorm of all days and when they completed the job it was clean, both the install and their garbage.

Absolutely Fantastic service, I have a rental property in Spruce Grove. I received a phone call from my renter early on a Saturday Morning, the furnace was acting up. I had heard good things about this company so I thought I would send them an email. Literally, within seconds Tina was calling me. She arranged John (THE OWNER) to go out that same day! John recommended to replace it so he dropped off some space heaters for my tenants to ensure they stayed warm until he could have his guys come out Monday morning!! I was VERY IMPRESSED from start to finish!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
